‘PONTARELL’ harvest April 2024 (Coming soon…)

As with the ‘Camellia Sinensis’ (tea plant), the sprouts are considered to have more nutrients and antioxidants than any other leaf on the tree.

We harvest the tender, greener sprouts as soon as nature wakes up in April.
My father calls them in our dialect:‘Pontarell’(small tips) . We took inspiration from the white tea production, made exclusively of the finest plucks.

It is with this pioneeringly unique twist, that we wish to give our contribute to this unknown market, so it can evolve to the point where it will sustain more communities all over the world.
